Task Management for Entrepreneurs + Creatives

One of the easiest ways to build momentum in your work is through consistent action. Especially in the beginning, or in quieter times, your business isn’t going to feel like a business if you’re not spending regular time with it.

It sounds simple but committing to a consistent schedule, or deciding to spend a set amount of time each week working on your passion project or business can be game changing.

For the last 2 years or so I’ve been using a specific method to plan my weeks and manage my tasks as a small business owner (and also multi-faceted human). 

This process (a spin off the popular “Monday Hour One” has been so helpful for me, not only in building momentum through consistency, but also as a way to easily and intuitively manage my workload (including personal projects and other tasks).
