For decades, business and leadership have been shaped by a hyper-individualistic model focused primarily on profit and personal gain.

This system — what we know as modern capitalism — has produced tremendous innovation and wealth. But it has also created a world where the success of a few often comes at the expense of the larger system.

Companies optimize for profit.
Leaders are rewarded for individual performance.
And the health of the whole — our communities, families, and planet — is treated as secondary.

But we are living in Turning Times, and it is becoming increasingly clear that this model is no longer sustainable, or even working anymore.

What the Mother understands instinctively is something our current systems have forgotten: The thriving one is a myth.

Our Unique process
