meet Emily NachazelI started my business in 2015 because I wanted more freedom and purpose than I had in my corporate accounting role.
And I got that — until I became a mom.
When my son Flynn was just a year old, I found myself on a family vacation — sitting behind my computer, mid-launch, rewriting sales emails in response to what was happening in the world while my husband and mom took him to the beach.
This wasn’t just one missed beach day. It was the whole trip.
Something in my heart cracked.
This is not why I built this business.
And I knew I had to find another way — a way to lead and create powerfully without having to be on all the time.
This was the birth place of Matriarchal Leadership. I realized I didn't need a different business. I needed a different architecture for leading it.
