EVOLVE

A two-day immersive retreat for accomplished women entering their next evolution.

If you’re here...
Hosted by Emily Nachazel

it’s because you’ve felt something stirring from deep inside you.

A desire for something more, something different, something new.

You’ve built an objectively beautiful life: A career. A family. A business. A reputation. A home. Maybe all of the above.

And yet… you’ve heard the whisper:

“There’s something more for you”

A new career path, creative project, or business, a new way of living, leading, or mothering…
This whisper excites you - it’s so alive, creative and even if you don’t fully know what it’s calling you towards, you know it’s calling YOU.

And, this whisper also scares you a little

It’s unknown

It’s uncertain

And, because you know yourself, you know it’s unstoppable

(cue: Elsa in Frozen 2 “Into the Unknown”)

You know now is the time to take action. The world is changing, more and more every day. And every day it’s more and more clear that you are ready to change too.

So how do you know your next right step?

How do you turn down the noise and listen for what’s true and right for you in a world that’s increasingly loud?

Evolve is your place to do just that.

Evolve is a two day immersive retreat for the self-aware woman who knows she’s evolving and is ready to step outside the noise of everyday life and listen for what’s next.

What to Expect

Two days to turn down the noise and listen for what's true. Through somatic exercises, rich conversation, nourishing food, and precision-level coaching, you'll leave with more than clarity — you'll leave with the tools to keep moving.

❋ Reignited Intuition

So when you feel the ping, the pull, the inner yes — you'll know how to hear it, and trust yourself enough to follow it, again and again.

❋ Renewed Creativity

Remember how it feels to be lit up by what you're doing, and stay tapped into that source of aliveness no matter what life or leadership brings.

❋ Real Connection

Extraordinary women who understand what it means to be accomplished and still evolving — who'll celebrate the brave move and cheer you on as it becomes real.

❋ Crystal-Clear Clarity

Know what's yours to do next, why it matters, and how to keep listening as the path continues to unfold.

You’ll walk in with a whisper pulling at your heart.

You’ll leave crystal clear on your next right step.

Imagine this…

It's a perfect East Coast fall morning. The sun is shining, but the air feels crisper, cooler than it did just two weeks ago. You pull up to The Grounds, and almost immediately you feel yourself exhale. Once you've crossed the threshold, it's as though you've walked into a different world — an oasis of nature, art, and healing, just 30 minutes outside of DC.

You take a few minutes to grab a cup of coffee or tea on the deck and fall into the most serendipitous conversation with a woman you've just met but feel like you could have known for years.

Oh, and you've met the most interesting, incredible women — doing work connected to yours, doing things you didn't even know were careers, changing the world through their communities and families. You're leaving with at least three new real friends who get you and where you're going.

Time expands over the next two days. You feel so nourished by the fresh air, delicious organic food, and honest conversations. You've moved your body and meditated more than a typical weekday — and you're reminded how good it feels. You've been outside more too: some workshops in the open-air studio, some in the glass greenhouse, some right in the garden. You've gotten friendly with the llamas and the fluffy sheepdog.

The answer to the question you've been asking yourself came through during the Shibori dye class. Are you surprised? Not really. But it still feels magic that this gets to be how and where your idea comes to life.

In the closing circle you get that bittersweet feeling. You've come to love this place, these women, these conversations so much over the last two days, you're sad for it to end. And at the same time, you're excited and ready to take what you've gotten clarity on and put it into action.

This is a closing — but it's also the beginning.

A space that will reflect your vision so clearly back to you
That what is no longer aligned easily falls away

MEET YOUR HOST

EMILY NACHAZEL

Feminine Leadership Coach, Mother of 2

For over a decade, I've supported women through major career changes, business launches, motherhood, personal losses, and leadership expansions. I call myself a doula for your dreams and creative callings — because the essence of my work is holding women as they conceive and birth something new.

I know this territory professionally. And I know it personally.

Most recently, I found myself stuck in a life I'd worked very hard to build — a successful coaching business, the breadwinner for my young family, a 7-figure vision for where it could all go next.

Then I had my daughter. And almost overnight, my dream began to change.

First it was quiet — just a whisper. Then came the launch that cracked me open: a generous Thanksgiving offer, a vault of my best courses for $99. It was supposed to be the easy sale. One person bought it. My friend.

That was the moment I stopped trying to make the dream work, and started asking: Is this still my dream? The answer was no.

I didn't need a new strategy. I needed space to reimagine the dream itself.

So I did the work — leading myself through the same Dream Catcher process I've led dozens of women through. What I found: I didn't want another year of tinkering with online offers. I wanted to write the book I'd been talking about for years, host a local retreat, and have more quiet, more time with my children, more in-person community after years spent building global reach on Zoom.

Six months later, I'm living that dream. The book is nearly finished — you'll have it in your hands at Evolve. My husband went back to work full time, and I'm spending my days in nature, with my kids, prioritizing the creative callings that actually light me up.

The deepest answers are rarely found by reaching farther outside ourselves. They're found by going within.

You don't have to navigate change alone. You get to be richly supported, deeply held — and have fun doing it. That's exactly why this retreat exists.

It would be my honor to hold space for your evolution at Evolve this fall.

Xxo,

Emily

FAQs

Is this a business retreat?

1

Not specifically. Your business or career may be part of what you explore, but we focus first on the life you want to live and creatively what you are being called towards. Your creative calling may or may not be directly connected to your current work or business.

Do I need to be making a major career change to attend?

2

No. You may be considering a career pivot, business evolution, change in how you work, creative project, leadership shift, or something you cannot yet name.

Evolve is for the woman who can feel that something is changing and wants dedicated space to listen.

Will I leave with a concrete plan?

3

You will leave with clarity on your next right step and practices for continuing to listen, discern, and move. The essence of an evolution is that it does take time. But we will get you clear on your path and rooted into practices & people that will support you in continuing on your way after our time together is done.

Who is this experience designed for?

4

Evolve is designed for thoughtful, self-aware, action-oriented women who have already built meaningful lives and are ready to give serious attention to what they want now.

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You do need to be willing to participate, reflect, connect, and take responsibility for what you do with what you discover.

It’s time to claim your calling with joy, pleasure and community.

???

This is not two days of sitting in a conference room listening to back to back presentations.

You will move. Create with your hands. Have space for deep reflection. Share farm-to-table meals with the most incredible women asking their own brave questions. Let nature work it’s magic on you at Northern Virginia’s premier Earth centered retreat space.
