The Yoga of Eating - Back by popular demand!

In this 60 minute interactive workshop with wellness expert, yoga instructor and self proclaimed foodie, Emily Nachazel, you will learn the basics of mindful eating and food energetics. You will learn to connect with your food and practice mindful eating (yes, that means we will be EATING!), so that you can make the unique food choices that have you feeling your best every single day and free yourself from the "Should I? Shouldn't I?" chatter in your head.
