Spring recipe roundup!

Like I've mentioned before, I LOVE shopping at farmer's markets, so I am super excited that the markets are officially up and running for the season here in NYC.  

What's in season right now? Peas, radishes, greens, asparagus, potatoes, garlic, lettuce, herbs, mushrooms, rhubarb and (drumroll please...) STRAWBERRIES! I've yet to spot the little red gems at my local markets, but I'm keeping a look out!
